Tashahud

After you finish the second Raka in any prayer, you need to read the Tashahud. If you are praying a prayer that requires more than two -midday for example- then you will need to recite only the first half of Tashahud after the first two Rakas. After you finish the rest of all Rakas, you could read the second half, but it will better in-shaa Allah if you would read the whole Tashahud at the end of your prayer instead of the second half only.

First half

"All compliments, all physical prayer, and all monitory worship are for Allah.

Peace be upon you , Oh Prophet, and Allah’s mercy and blessings.

Peace be on us and on all righteous slaves of Allah."

"I bear witness that no one is worthy of worship except Allah.

And I bear witness that Muhammad (S.A.W) is His Messenger."

Second half

" Oh Allah, send grace and Honor on Muhammad and on the family and true followers of Muhammad, just as you sent grace and Honor on Ibrahim and on the family and true followers of Ibrahim (A.S).

Surely, you are praiseworthy, the Great."

" Oh Allah, send your blessing on Muhammad and the true followers of Muhammad, just as you sent blessings on Ibrahim and his true followers.

Surely, you are praiseworthy, the Great."

" Allah-humma sal-li ala Muhammadin

wa ‘ala ali Muhammadin,

Kama sal-layta’ala Ibraheema

Wa’ala ali Ibraheema

" Allah humma barik’ ala Muhammadin

wa ‘ala ali Muhammadin

Kama barakta ala Ibraheema

wa ‘ ala ali Ibraheema

Innaka hemeedum Majeed."
